Terms of use
Last updated September 3, 2026
These terms cover your use of Maestro during its beta. By using Maestro you agree to them.
The beta
Maestro is early software provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, break, or be interrupted, and features may be added or removed while it is in beta.
Your content is yours
You keep ownership of everything you put into Maestro. You grant Maestro permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Maestro to break the law, to store or send content you have no right to, or to attack, overload, or probe the service or other users. Do not attempt to reach another account's data.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login and any agent tokens you create secure, and for the activity under your account. Access is by invitation during the beta.
Suspension
Maestro may suspend or close an account that abuses the service or these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Maestro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from use of the beta. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use Maestro after a change means you accept it.
