Maestro, for Claude

One home for your notes.
One rulebook that keeps Claude reliable.

Your notes, your rules and your to-dos in one place that every Claude chat and Claude Code session can reach, on your phone and your computer.

What it does

Holds your second brain

Your notes, in one vault

Every note, word for word, with its folders and links. It replaces Obsidian, and every Claude session can search it.

Sets the rules

One rulebook Claude works by

Where notes and files go, how secrets are handled, what counts as done, and what needs your OK. Add your own rules any time.

Keeps the record

Nothing gets lost

Decisions, plans and to-dos are saved as Claude works. Anything that needs you lands in the app. Every change is tracked, like git.

Why you need it

Claude's instructions aren't reliable.

Its memory is hit or miss, and its instructions end up scattered across copies in every project. There's no single source of truth.

Maestro: One rulebook, in one place, loaded at the start of every session.

Things get lost as you work.

In a chat, to-dos, decisions and ideas scroll out of sight. If you don't act on them right away, they're gone.

Maestro: Claude saves them as it goes, so nothing depends on you catching it in time.

Every chat starts from scratch.

To pick up where you left off, you scroll back or hunt for an old chat.

Maestro: Any new chat can reach all of your notes. It already knows where you left off.

What that looks like

Tuesday · a chat on your phone

“For the Hartley website, let's quote $4,000. I still need to send them the contract.”

Claude saves the quote to your Hartley project and adds Send Hartley the contract to your tasks.

Wednesday · Claude Code on your computer

The session opens already knowing the quote is $4,000 and the contract hasn't gone out.

You never scrolled back or went looking for Tuesday's chat.

With Maestro

Getting started

  1. Create an account and connect Claude. The app shows you the one address to paste.
  2. Say “Set up Maestro” to Claude. It walks you through the rest, including bringing your notes in.
  3. Then forget about it. Claude starts every session with your rules and saves as it works.

Not sure you need it? Run the free Claude checkup: Claude looks at how you work with it, right on your own computer, changes nothing, and writes you a short report on what is getting lost.

Maestro holds only what you put in it, runs no models of its own, and you can export or delete all of it at any time. What Maestro does with your data.
